On Monday, March 23, the Pistons defended their home court at Little Caesars Arena, defeating the Lakers 113–110 in a tightly contested game, even without star guard Cade Cunningham, who remains sidelined with an injury.
The third quarter proved decisive in Detroit’s 52nd win of the season, as the Pistons outscored the Lakers 42–25 to take control of the game.
