Once again, young stars Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren led the way for the “Motor City” squad, just as they have throughout much of the season.

With the win over Indiana, J.B. Bickerstaff’s Pistons tied a 13-game winning streak—a mark the franchise had previously reached in the 1989–90 and 2003–04 seasons.
Following their win over the Pacers, the Detroit Pistons will visit the Boston Celtics on Wednesday afternoon, November 26, and then host the Orlando Magic at Little Caesars Arena on Friday, November 28. Both matchups are part of the NBA Cup.
Regarding the NBA regular season, the Pistons return to action on Saturday, November 29, when they visit the Miami Heat, with a chance to break the franchise record for most consecutive wins.
Just two seasons ago, the situation was very different for the Detroit Pistons. In the 2023–24 season, they managed only 14 wins against 68 losses, finishing for the fourth consecutive year near the bottom of the standings.
Last season, the Pistons returned to the playoffs after six years, finishing with a 44–38 record, and in the 2025–26 season, the outlook looks even more promising for the Michigan franchise.
