(english version below)

The 2025 MLB baseball season hasn’t even reached its halfway point, and the Detroit Tigers have already reached 50 wins, becoming the first team to hit the half-century mark this campaign.
On Tuesday, June 24, in the first game of the series against the Athletics, the Detroit Tigers won with a score of 11-4 and celebrated their 50th victory of the 2025 season at Comerica Park.
Although ace pitcher Tarik Skubal gave up four runs in the first two innings, the Tigers’ pitching recovered and didn’t allow any more damage, while the offense woke up and responded with 11 runs.
The Detroit Tigers not only became the first team to reach 50 wins but were also the first to reach 30 and 40 wins in previous weeks, maintaining their status as the best franchise so far this season.
A.J. Hinch’s Detroit Tigers are on pace to surpass 100 wins in a regular season for the very first time in 41 years, as the last time the Michigan team reached triple-digit victories was in 1984.
Additionally, the Tigers have established themselves as the best offense in the American League by becoming the first team to score 400 runs, surpassing the New York Yankees in that category.
As for the National League, only three teams have scored more runs than the Detroit Tigers so far: the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, and Arizona Diamondbacks.
After the series against the Athletics, the Detroit Tigers will stay home to host the Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park in a three-game series starting Friday, June 27, and ending Sunday, June 29.
Following that, the Tigers will spend the entire next week on the road, facing the Washington Nationals in a series and then visiting the Cleveland Guardians.
